Shipping Policy
Shipping & Handling charges are $7.95 for orders that Ship to the Host and $11.95 for orders that Ship directly to the Customer. All orders are packed with care and discreetly labeled, sealed and shipped to protect your privacy.

We ship all packages in unmarked boxes via UPS Ground and USPS Services only. The senders name on your pack will read ZP Customer Service, so only you know what's inside.

Most orders ship from our stationary location within 3-7 business days or order receipt depending on stock and inventory. Your Zodiac Connextor will be notified on out-of-stock items and expected date of shipment. Items returned as undeliverable or if package interception occurs, a $15 charge will be assessed with additional charges for re-shipping your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL sales are FINAL. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. Exchange of defective product will be for identical item only. Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receiving. NO exceptions.
